Traditional hotel Goldhahn expands its portfolio
With hotel number 53, the Berlin-based group is expanding its portfolio in Baden-Württemberg. The 50-room and apartment Bio Boutiquehotel Goldhahn at Stuttgarter Str. 45-47 will be completely renovated by the end of the year. The reopening under the name DORMERO Hotel Aalen is planned for January 2026.

Aalen has long been on the agenda
After the Hotel Scholl in Schwäbisch Hall, the group is further expanding its presence in the region. "Aalen has long been on our agenda as a desired location. We want to grow in the east of Baden-Württemberg and will focus on further acquisitions in the region," says CEO Manuela Halm.

Dahlheim continues to invest in expansion
Ben Dahlheim, who once again acted as the buyer of the property, adds: "With DORMERO, we want to crack the 60 locations mark soon. With the Goldhahn, we have succeeded in adding one of the best and most beautiful hotels in the region to our portfolio. Aalen simply has oomph and incredible charisma, so we simply had to take it."
