What we are looking for:

  • 4* (Superior) market segment
  • Room size of at least 22m2, on average 27m2
  • Typically +/- 150 rooms
  • Facilities to include Restaurant, Bar, Meeting rooms, Fitness and Wellness areas including Sauna
  • Parking space
  • Excellent infrastructure, road and transport accessibility
  • Conversions (Hotels, Office space) as well as Greenfield developments
  • Mulit-purpose utilisation optional
  • CAT cabling for high-tech IP TV
