HELLO!

... and woof, we are Waltraut and Carlos – the four-legged hosts of this hotel. Some people think that dogs spend their days doing nothing but sleeping, eating, and wagging their tails. But we can assure you: our everyday life at the hotel is at least as varied as that of our two-legged colleagues.

 At 8 years old, Waltraut is the more experienced of the two of us. She originally came from a cruel breeding farm, was adopted in 2021, and has seen quite a bit of the world since then. Budapest, Spain, and now Bremen – Waltraut has been everywhere and is a loyal, calm companion with a big heart. She loves to relax and watch the world go by, and her calm nature makes everyone feel at ease right away.

 Carlos, on the other hand, is the young whirlwind. The 2-year-old pug comes from Hungary and got his name because it was clear early on that he would be going to Spain. He spent his first months in Budapest, then moved on to Spain and has now also arrived in Bremen. Carlos is curious, open and always ready to meet new guests – preferably with lots of attention and good humor.

 So if you encounter a cozy black pug in the hotel who keeps an eye on everything and radiates calm, that's Waltraut. And if you come across a cheerful, curious pug with alert eyes, you've met Carlos – our young bundle of energy.

And don't worry: we always appreciate a friendly word, a gentle stroke, or a quick hello now and then. What we like best is when you take a moment to stop and chat—then Carlos wags his tail with joy and Waltraut relaxes and enjoys the attention.
