How to get there by car
Coming Hamburg via the A39, take Exit 6, Lüneburg-Nord. Turn right onto Hamburger Straße and continue along this road for about 2.7 km as far as Vor dem Bardowicker Tore. Turn left onto Reichenbachstraße and continue along this road for about 300 m. Turn right onto Kaufhausstraße. After 300 m you will see the Bergström Hotel Lüneburg on your right.
Coming from Berlin / north-east via the Bundesstrasse 209 / Artlenburger Landstraße, follow Bockelmannstraße for about 2 km towards the town centre (Innenstadt). At the end of the road continue along Schifferwall for 150 m then turn right onto Lünertorstraße. After 20 m turn left onto Am Werder, after 75 m you will find the Bergström Hotel Lüneburg on your right.
Coming from Hanover / south-west via the Bundesstrasse 209, take the exit Lüneburg-Häcklingen/Stadtmitte. Continue towards Neu-Häcklingen and at the roundabout take the second exit. Follow this road for about 3 km onto Uelzener Straße and Universitätsallee. Continue along Willy-Brandt-Straße for about 2 km. Continue on Schießgrabenstraße for 400 m and then turn left onto Lünertorstraße. After 20 m turn left onto Am Werder, after 75 m you will find the Bergström Hotel Lüneburg on your right.
How to get there by public transportation
Lüneburg train station is about 600 m away from the DORMERO Hotel Altes Kaufhaus and is within easy walking distance. On leaving the station, turn right onto Bahnhofstraße. Turn left onto Bleckeder Landstraße, which becomes Lünertorstraße. Follow the Lünertorstraße for about 275 m and then turn left onto Am Werder. After 75 m you will find the Bergström Hotel Lüneburg on your right.

How to get to Hannover Messe
Messe Hamburg is approx. 60 km from the Bergström Hotel Lüneburg. The journey takes approx. 1 hour by taxi.
Start on Kaufhausstraße towards Reichenbachstraße and turn right onto this street. Immediately afterwards turn left into Bockelmannstraße. Follow this road for 2 km and then take the exit towards Berlin/Hamburg. Follow the B4 and then the A39 for 31 km. At the 1-Maschener Kreuz motorway junction, use the right lane and follow the signs for A1 towards Hamburg for 13 km. Keep left at the fork in the road and take the A255 towards HH-Centrum. After 7 km bear left onto B4 and after 2 km use the second lane from the right to turn onto Amsnickenstraße. Then turn right onto Klosterwall and keep left. After one kilometre turn right into Jungiusstraße. Hamburg Messe is located 500 meters straight ahead.
You will need about one hour to reach the Messe by public transport. The train station is located less than 700 meters from the hotel. From there you can take the ICE 588 towards Hamburg-Altona. Get off at Hamburg Dammtor and the Messe is about 1 km away by foot.
