DORMERO Hotel Aschaffenburg
DORMERO focuses on new builds
The next two new buildings in the Rhine-Main metropolitan region are currently in planning. In addition to the Frankfurt Messe hotel next to the exhibition centre, there will now be hotels in Wiesbaden, the state capital of Hesse, and the Lower Franconian Aschaffenburg FANCY. "Having already built in Offenbach and Darmstadt, it made sense to continue expanding our presence in this region," says DORMERO board member, Marcus Maximilian Wöhrl, DBA.
The project partner for the new properties is IBER Immobilien. Both parties are sure that the cooperation will not end after the current projects. Wöhrl reveals: "With Mr. Hakan Öner, there was very good chemistry from the beginning, so we are already planning further properties together." "We are looking forward to working with Dormero and hopefully we'll be able to create more properties." adds Hakan Öner, Managing Director of the IBER Immobilien group.
The innovative and young hotel chain has become a serious competitor on the market which has further perfected its concept. In addition to the numerous hotel takeovers, an increasing number of new build projects have recently been added in which the modern DORMERO concept could be fully implemented. Manuela Halm, CEO of DORMERO Deutschland Betriebs GmbH explains: “We are thus continuing to pursue the strategy we have pursued in recent years of consistently focusing on new builds instead of taking over existing ones.”
Completion in 2021
After completion in 2021, the DORMERO Hotel Wiesbaden, at Aarstraße 1, will have 95 rooms and the DORMERO Hotel Aschaffenburg, at Goldbacherstr. 29, will have 51. As is typical for DORMERO, both hotels will be equipped with modern conference rooms as well as a fitness and wellness area. In addition, the SONDERBAR, as well as one of the fancy restaurant concepts and the free DORMERO standards like minibar, WiFi, the latest movies and much more will not be missing.
