FITNESS & SAUNA

Our sauna area includes an infrared sauna and a 90°C Finnish sauna with a spacious shower area. For environmental reasons, the sauna is only switched on upon request; the start-up time is approximately 30 minutes.

The integrated relaxation room offers you the ideal retreat after a soothing sauna session. In pleasant, warm light and a harmonious design, you can completely relax and recharge your batteries. Comfortable loungers and subtle lighting create a calm, cozy atmosphere. Here you can enjoy the silence, leave everyday life behind and give your body the time it needs to regenerate.

The wellness and fitness area is not barrier-free and can only be accessed via stairs.
