Opening after complete refurbishment
The DORMERO Group will take over the Soibelmanns Hotel at Ernst-Busse-Straße 4 in Weimar at the turn of the year. The hotel with its 90 rooms will then be closed for 6 months and completely refurbished. The owner and investor is once again the Dahlheim Group.

First hotel in Thuringia - further properties planned
The hotel in Weimar will be the first DORMERO in Thuringia and the 47th in the chain. "Weimar is not only a booming location in terms of history and tourism. The location and excellent infrastructure in the heart of Germany were also decisive factors in choosing this city," says CEO Michael-Hartmut Berger. Dr. Ben Dahlheim, who is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the DORMERO Group, adds: "I am delighted that we are able to continue our joint expansion in Weimar" and CEO Manuela Halm adds: "The aim is to open a further three destinations in Germany and abroad by the end of the year, so that the portfolio will reach the 50 mark".
