How to get there by car

From Duisburg
Drive west of Duisburg on the A40 in the direction of Venlo. After 8.6 km, at junction 8-Kreuz Moers, use the right lane and follow the signs for Moers/Arnhem/Nijmegen/A57. Keep left and continue towards the A57 then take the Arnhem/Nijmengen slip road. After 30km take exit 5-Sonsbeck direction Sonsbeck/Kevelaer/Xanten. Turn left onto Kevelaerer Str. and after 800m turn left onto Woldpaßweg. After 1.3km turn right onto Balberger Str. and after 750m turn left onto Xantener Str. Follow Xantener Str. (later becomes Gerlderner Str. and Augustring) for 7.6km. Turn left into Poststraße and take the first exit after 250m at the traffic circle. Pass the next traffic circle straight on to Lüttinger Str. After 270m turn left on Orkstr and continue on Scharnstr. After about 200m on Scharnstr turn left into the courtyard/parking lot of DORMERO Hotel Xanten.

From Munster
Leave Münster to the south via the B51. Keep left at the Münster-Süd junction and continue on A43. After 38.6km, take the B58 in the direction of Wesel/Wulfen/Lippramsdorf/Haltern. After 400m turn right onto Weseler Str./B58 and continue 38.2km on B58. Turn left onto Kaiserring/B58 and after 450m turn right onto Roonstraße/Schillerstraße/B58, continue on B58. After 4.6km turn right onto Xantener Str. and follow this until Xanten. After 5.7km turn right onto Rheinberger Str. and follow this for 4.7km. Turn left onto Lüttinger Str. After 270m turn left onto Orkstr and continue onto Scharnstr. After approx. 200m on Scharnstr turn left onto the courtyard/parking lot of the DORMERO Hotel Xanten.
