How can I book at DORMERO?
Directly on our website www.dormero.de/enor via our room reservation. You can reach us by phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at +49 30 20213300 or by E-Mail reservations(at)dormero.de

Do I need a credit card for the reservation?
Please contact us at reservations(at)dormero.de. With the Fancy Saver Rate you save 15% - full prepayment required when booking with credit card.

How can I pay at DORMERO?
DORMERO has fully converted to digital payments: therefore only cards are accepted for payment.

Is it possible to take over costs?
We accept cost transfers only in the form of a credit card charge on company paper. For private customers we will send you our corresponding form, please contact reservations(at)dormero.de.

Until when can I cancel my booking or what are the cancellation conditions?
The cancellation policy depends on the rate chosen for the booking.
The Fancy Saver Rate is not changeable or cancelable.
The Smart Rate is flexible and can be changed or cancelled.

How do I change or cancel my booking via a booking portal / third-party provider?
If an overnight stay was made via a third-party provider (e.g. Booking, Expedia, HRS), changes or cancellations must be made on the respective booking portal. The booking conditions of the respective portals apply.

Can I book breakfast? What is the cost of breakfast?
Our varied breakfast buffet can be booked in addition via our website, when booking by telephone or on site at the hotel. Please refer to the respective hotel website under "Rooms" for the current breakfast prices. Our global breakfast hours are daily 06.30 am - 10.30 am.

Where can I see room rates? How much does a room cost?
You can see the daily room rates on our website after selecting the hotel via the "Search & Book" function.

Are the prices per person or per room?
Our prices are per room.

Why does the room cost differently on some days?
The daily room rate depends on the hotel's occupancy, discount promotions as well as trade fair times.

Can I bring my pet?
During your stay, you can simply bring your favorite four-legged friend with you free of charge. Provide this information when making your reservation and check in together.

Is there a parking lot at the hotel and how much does it cost?
On the page of the respective hotel under the menu item "HOW TO FIND US" you will find all the important information about parking facilities/costs.

Can I reserve a parking space?
We do not offer the reservation of a parking space.

How do I book group travel or conferences?

How long is the reception staffed?
Reception hours: 13:00 until 23:00.
The reception in Frankfurt, Hanover, Stuttgart, Lüneburg, Vienna and Budapest is manned 24h.

What are the check-in & check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00h (Rügen and Lüneburg from 16:00h)
Check-out until 12:00h (Sundays + holidays 14:00h late check-out)

Is there WLAN in the hotel and in the rooms?
All our hotels are equipped with WLAN. The use of the hotel WLAN is free of charge.

Are there smoking rooms?
All our hotels are non-smoking.

What are the restaurant opening hours? Can I reserve a table?
Please refer to the respective hotel page for restaurant opening hours and contact information for table reservations (by mail only).

Is there a fitness & wellness offer at DORMERO?
Almost all DORMERO hotels have a wellness and fitness area. For details, please refer to the respective hotel website.
